SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident was reported Wednesday afternoon in north Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The wreck occurred at the intersection of Leary Way Northwest and Northwest 43rd Street. It was first reported by SDOT at 1:41 p.m.
No information regarding the cause or nature of the crash has been shared, but the right northbound lane was closed for nearly 20 minutes.
Authorities have not confirmed any injuries in the event, but a photo taken at the scene shows at least one fire engine responding.

By 2:00 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway, leaving all lanes open to the public.
