SEATTLE, WA — Authorities responded to a crash Wednesday afternoon on 1st Avenue South in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The incident occurred at the intersection with South Stacy Street and was first reported by SDOT at 1:05 p.m.
Very few details have been made available, but the left northbound and left southbound lanes of 1st Avenue South were shut down during the response and initial investigation.

At 2:04 p.m., nearly an hour later, crews had removed the scene from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to the public.
