SEATTLE, WA — Injuries were reported Thursday evening following a hit-and-run collision in northwest Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident took place at the intersection of 35th Avenue West and West Smith Street. Officers with the department’s West Precinct were dispatched to the scene at 6:55 p.m.
While a sequence of events has not been released, preliminary details indicate at least one person was injured, and that one of the involved parties fled the scene before first responders arrived.
As of this writing, officials have not released a description of the fleeing vehicle or suspect.
