SEATTLE, WA — Injuries were reported Friday evening following a hit-and-run collision on a State Route 99 exit ramp near Seattle’s Industrial District, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident was reported on the SR-99 southbound offramp to the westbound lanes of the West Seattle Bridge. Officers with the SPD’s South Precinct were called to the scene at around 5:49 p.m.
Dispatchers indicated a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) that left at least one person with unspecified injuries. One of the involved parties also fled the scene before first responders.
As of this writing, the department has not shared a description of the fleeing vehicle and/or suspect.
