SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Tuesday afternoon on University Way Northeast in Seattle’s University District, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident happened at the intersection with Northeast 47th Street. Officers with the department’s North Precinct responded to the scene at about 2:23 p.m.
Very few details have been made available, but police dispatchers indicated that a hit-and-run collision involving a truck.
At this time, authorities have not confirmed any injuries, and a description of the fleeing vehicle and/or suspect has not been released.
