SEATTLE, WA — Authorities responded to a crash late Tuesday afternoon in the Cherry Hill neighborhood of Seattle’s Central District, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The accident happened on a stretch of 23rd Avenue between East Olive Street and East Denny Way. It was first reported by SDOT at 4:33 p.m.
Photos taken at the scene suggest at least two vehicles were involved. A dark-colored pickup truck appears to have come to rest partially on the sidewalk, and a second, light-colored passenger vehicle blocking the northbound lane appears to have sustained front-end damage.
