SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle crash was reported late Wednesday on Westlake Avenue North in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
Officials said the wreck occurred at the intersection with Mercer Street, a block south of Lake Union Park. It was first reported by SDOT at 10:43 p.m.
While the circumstances of the accident remain unclear, the bus lane of southbound Westlake Avenue was closed as a result.
It was not immediately clear whether a city bus was involved in the incident.

At 11:03 p.m., about 20 minutes later, crews had cleared the scene and roadway was fully reopened.
