SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Friday morning on 15th Avenue Northwest in Seattle’s Adams neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident was reported at the intersection with Northwest 56th Street, just north of a Target department store. Officers with the SPD’s North Precinct responded to the scene at around 9:38 a.m.
Very few details have been released, but dispatchers described the event as a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) involving a truck. At least one of the involved parties fled the scene before authorities arrived, qualifying the crash as a hit-and-run.
No injuries were immediately reported.
At this time, authorities have not shared any information on the fleeing vehicle and/or suspect.
