The accident took place in the area of Westlake Avenue and 7th Avenue, about two blocks south of Urban Triangle Park. It was first reported by SDOT just before 5:00 p.m.
While the cause of the collision has not been disclosed, at least part of the intersection was closed in the immediate aftermath.
