KING COUNTY, WA — Multiple parked vehicles were involved in a crash late Tuesday afternoon on 8th Avenue Southwest near White Center, according to West Seattle Blog.
The incident took place at the intersection with Southwest Roxbury Street, in an area just south of the Highland Park neighborhood. It was first reported by WSB at 4:02 p.m.
Authorities have not released a sequence of events leading up to the wreck, but one driver crashed their car into an unspecified number of parked vehicles, causing a traffic backup in the area.
It was unclear whether the striking driver or anyone else was hurt, but Seattle Police requested four tow trucks at the scene, suggesting significant property damage.
By 4:23 p.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to the public.
