TACOMA, WA — Authorities responded to a serious injury collision Saturday afternoon on Puyallup Avenue in Tacoma, according to the Tacoma Police Department.
The accident happened on a stretch of Puyallup Avenue between McKinley Avenue and East K Street. By 3:19 p.m., TPD patrol officers had the road blocked off for the emergency response and initial investigation.
At this time, the department has not disclosed the cause of the wreck or any details on the involved parties.
Serious injuries were reported, but the exact number of those hurt have not been confirmed.
