SEATTLE, WA — A hit-and-run collision was reported Friday afternoon on Rainier Avenue South in Seattle’s Dunlap neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident occurred at the intersection with South Rose Street, just south of the Rainier Valley area. Officers with the department’s South Precinct were called to the scene at around 12:12 p.m.
Little information has been made available, but dispatchers listed the event as a motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) involving a hit-and-run driver.
Officials indicated that no injuries have been reported.
At this time, the SPD has not released any information regarding the fleeing driver and suspect vehicle.
