SEATTLE, WA — Authorities responded to a crash Wednesday morning that blocked part of the eastbound Spokane Street Viaduct for over an hour in Seattle’s Industrial District, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The crash impacted the eastbound lanes at 6th Avenue South, west of Interstate 5. It was first reported by SDOT shortly after 9:30 a.m., when Seattle Police and first responders had already arrived on the scene.
No information regarding the cause of the accident or the involved parties has been provided, but the left eastbound lane of the viaduct was closed for over 1.5 hours.

By 11:07 a.m., the scene was announced cleared and all lanes were restored to traffic.
