SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident Monday afternoon closed multiple lanes on Interstate 90 in Seattle’s Judkins Park neighborhood, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on a stretch of eastbound I-90 in the Mount Baker Tunnel. It was first recorded by WSDOT at 4:00 p.m.
Little information has been released, but the accident blocked up to three left lanes. By 4:09 p.m., WSDOT’s Incident Response Team and first responders had arrived on the scene. Motorists were warned of delays impacting the area.
The collision on eastbound I-90 in the Mt. Baker Tunnel is now blocking the three left lanes.

Shortly after 4:30 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway, though delays lingered.
