SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A truck hauling a cattle trailer was involved in a wreck early Tuesday that closed an Interstate 5 exit ramp in Everett for nearly two hours, according to King 5.
The incident took place on the northbound side of I-5, at Exit 192 to Broadway. It was first recorded by the Washington State Department of Transportation shortly after 5:45 a.m.
Authorities have not disclosed the cause of the wreck, but a truck carrying cattle collided with the ramp’s gore point. Responding crews worked to clear the animals from the trailer before the the roadway was reopened to traffic at around 5:45 a.m.
At this time, no major injuries and no pending charges have been reported.
An investigation was in progress.
