KING COUNTY, WA — A crash involving a propane truck and another semi Monday morning closed part of State Route 512 for hours near Puyallup, according to KOMO News.
The collision took place at 31st Avenue Southwest and was first reported by Washington State Patrol Trooper Robert Reyer at 9:06 a.m.
Officials have not yet said what caused the crash, but only minor injuries have been confirmed.
At the time of the initial report, a section of SR-512 had already been shut down in both directions as crews worked to clear the roadway.
A significant traffic backup formed behind the scene, but shortly after 11:30 a.m., all eastbound lanes were reopened. By 11:57 a.m., most westbound lanes were also restored to traffic.
