SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — Emergency crews were called after a crash late Monday morning on Interstate 5 in northeast Snohomish, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The wreck occurred on the northbound lanes just north of Marine View Drive, near Snohomish River. It was first reported by WSDOT at 11:55 a.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but footage captured at the scene suggests at least two vehicles were involved. Motorists were warned of delays and advised to find alternate routes.

A closure of the right northbound lane created a traffic backup that stretched out to four miles long by 1:04 p.m.
Shortly after 1:20 p.m., crews had cleared the scene and all lanes were reported reopened, but delays lingered in the area.
