SEATTLE, WA — Authorities responded to a hit-and-run collision early Tuesday evening in Seattle’s SoDO neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident was reported in the 800 block of Occidental Avenue South, near Lumen Field Event Center. Officers with the department’s West Precinct were dispatched to the scene at around 5:33 p.m.
While the circumstances of the crash remain unclear, dispatchers listed the event as a motor vehicle collision involving a truck. At least one involved party fled the scene before authorities arrived.
At this time, no serious injuries have been reported, and the SPD has not released a description of the suspect or fleeing vehicle.
