SEATTLE, WA — Authorities were called to a wreck Wednesday night that blocked the northbound lanes of the 1st Avenue South Bridge in Seattle’s Georgetown area, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The accident happened at the South Michigan Street offramp and was first reported by SDOT at 8:52 p.m.
At this time, no information regarding the cause of the crash or the involved vehicles has been provided, but the closure remained in place for at least two hours.

By 10:52 a.m., crews had cleared the scene from the bridge and all lanes were restored to normal traffic.
