SEATTLE, WA — Authorities responded to a crash Tuesday morning in north Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood, according to the Seattle Department of Transportation.
The accident happened at the intersection of North 85th Street and Aurora Avenue North (State Route 99). It was first reported by SDOT at 7:09 a.m.
No information regarding the circumstances of the wreck has been shared, but all eastbound lanes of North 85th Street were closed as a result. Motorists were urged to avoid the scene and find alternate routes.
A photo taken at the site suggests at least two passenger vehicles were involved. At least one marked Seattle Police Department vehicle can be seen responding.

By 8:02 a.m., over 50 minutes after the initial report, the scene was announced cleared from the roadway.
No injuries were immediately reported.
