SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — One person was killed Monday morning in a crash that left another injured near northeast Everett, according to KIRO 7 News.
The accident occurred on East Marine View Drive, in the city’s Delta area, at about 4:00 a.m.
Little information has been shared, but the Everett Police Department said a car collided with a wall along the roadway.
The passenger was pronounced deceased on the scene, confirmed officials. The driver, who suffered undisclosed injuries, was transported to a local hospital.
A span of the road was shut down during the response and initial investigation.
At this time, the cause of the wreck has not been disclosed, and no charges have been reported.
