PIERCE COUNTY, WA — A semi-truck was involved in a crash Saturday morning on State Route 512 near southeast Tacoma, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The accident was reported on the eastbound lanes of SR-512 approaching the Vickery Avenue East overpass. Washington State Patrol troopers and crews with the Washington State Department of Transportation responded to the scene shortly before 4:29 a.m.
Few details have been released, but authorities had a section of eastbound SR-512 closed at the scene.
