WEST SEATTLE, WA — A two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon closed a section of Sylvan Way in West Seattle’s High Point neighborhood, according to West Seattle Blog.
The collision occurred at the intersection with High Point Drive, near Triangle Park. Seattle Police Department officers and Seattle Fire Department crews responded to the scene at about 3:14 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash, but by 4:09 p.m., nearly an hour after the initial response, Sylvan Road was reopened in both directions.
At this time, Seattle Fire officials have not released any information regarding potential injuries.
