KING COUNTY, WA — West Pierce Fire Department crews were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash Monday evening at a University Place intersection, reports FOX 13 Seattle.
The collision occurred in the area of 67th Avenue and Cirque Drive at about 8:00 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but three vehicles were involved. One person was left trapped inside their car and had to be extricated by responding firefighters, but it was unclear whether the patient was seriously injured.
Motorists were warned of delays and instructed to find alternate routes as authorities worked the scene.
