SEATTLE, WA — At least one person was injured Friday afternoon due to a hit-and-run collision in Seattle’s South Park neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident was reported on 10th Avenue South (South Kenyon Street), near Duwamish Waterway Park. Officers with the department’s Southwest Precinct were called to the scene at about 2:35 p.m.
Little information has been disclosed at this time, but the event was listed as a motor vehicle crash in which at least one involved driver fled the scene.
Authorities have not confirmed the exact number of people injured or the severity of their condition.
