PIERCE COUNTY, WA — One person died early Saturday afternoon after a two-vehicle wreck on State Route 7 near northwest Eatonville, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The collision took place at the 310th Street East intersection. It was first reported by Trooper Robert Reyer on December 24 at 12:07 p.m.

Authorities have not disclosed the sequence of events leading up to the wreck, but one person was pronounced deceased.
A section of SR-7 was expected to remained blocked off for an extended time as WSP conducted an investigation.
