SEATTLE, WA — A semi-truck wreck late Monday morning blocked part of Edgar Martinez Drive in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood, according to FOX 13 Seattle.
The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) reported the collision at the offramp from I-5 southbound, near T-Mobile Park, at around 11:24 a.m.
It was unclear what caused the accident, but surveillance photos indicate the semi-truck was heading southbound from the I-5 offramp when it entered the intersection and collided with a barrier.
The road was fully closed in the immediate aftermath, but by 1:00 p.m., the westbound lanes were reopened.
Motorists were advised to find alternate routes as crews worked to clear the scene.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
