KING COUNTY, WA — Multiple emergency crews responded to a collision Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 5 near Tukwila’s Southcenter area, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident took place on the southbound lanes just south of Washington Highway 518 and Klickitat Drive. It was first reported by WSDOT at 3:00 p.m.
Little information has been shared at this time, but by 3:17 p.m., medics, fire crews, and WSDOT’s Incident Response Team had responded to the site.
Footage taken at the scene shows the far left lane and part of a second left lane blocked as traffic slowly passes the scene on the right.

By 3:41 p.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway.
