Authorities said a driver in a pickup truck was traveling westbound when they veered into the eastbound lanes and struck a semi-truck. The impact of the crash caused the semi to roll onto its side, and at least one of the vehicles caught fire.
Following the wreck, the driver of the pickup was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. That driver was also taken into custody for suspected intoxication.
