KING COUNTY, WA — Emergency crews were called to a crash Monday morning on Interstate 5 near Mountlake Terrace, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident occurred on the southbound lanes just north of 220th Street Southwest. It was first reported by WSDOT shortly before 10:28 a.m.
Authorities have not released details regarding the cause of the wreck, but multiple vehicles were seen responding to the scene. Two right lanes were blocked as crews worked the area, creating delays.
By 12:25 p.m., all lanes had been reopened to normal traffic.
It remains unclear at this time whether anyone was seriously injured.
