KING COUNTY, WA — Multiple emergency crews were called to a wreck Thursday afternoon on Interstate 405 in northeast Renton, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident happened on the northbound lanes at Exit 5 to State Route 900, or Sunset Boulevard Northeast. It was first reported by WSDOT at 1:30 p.m.
Details remain limited at this time, but a left lane was blocked as a result of the crash. Medics, fire crews, the Washington State Patrol, and the King County Sheriff all responded to the scene.
Footage captured at the scene suggest at least two passenger vehicles were involved.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
By 2:14 p.m., nearly 45 minutes after the initial report, crews had cleared the scene from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
