SEATTLE, WA — Three people were sent to a hospital early Monday after a car crashed into a building in north Seattle’s Phinney Ridge area, reports KIRO 7 Seattle.
The wreck occurred in the 5000 block of Phinney Avenue North, south of Woodland Park Zoo. Seattle Fire Department crews responded to the scene shortly before 1:00 a.m.
Officials have not said what led up to the crash, but firefighters did not have to extricate anyone from the wreckage.
The vehicle’s three occupants received treatment at the scene before being transported to a local hospital. All three were said to be in stable condition.
No other injuries have been reported.
A tow truck was called to the scene to clear the vehicle from the site.
At this time, the extent of damage to the structure and its potential repair costs have not been disclosed.
