Bremerton Police were called to the scene in the 1300 block of Oyster Bay Avenue South on July 14, at around 9:00 p.m.

The circumstances behind the incident were not immediately clear, but authorities said the victim and the driver, a 30-year-old woman, were known to each other.

Officers said they arrived to find the victim lying the road and not breathing.
