KING COUNTY, WA — Multiple emergency crews responded to a crash late Tuesday morning on Interstate 5 near central Shoreline, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The collision occurred on the southbound interstate just north of Northeast 175th Street, in the city’s Meridian Park area. It was first reported by the WSDOT at 10:05 a.m.
Two right lanes were shut down as medics, fire crews, the WSDOT’s Incident Response Team (IRT) and the Washington State Patrol arrived at the scene.
Motorists were warned of delays in the area.

Shortly before 10:30 a.m., the scene had cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.

It remains unclear at this time what caused the wreck or whether anyone was seriously hurt.
