SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — One person died Wednesday afternoon after a crash involving a motorcycle and a dump truck off State Route 92 in Granite Falls, according to FOX13 Seattle.
The fatal collision occurred near the highway roundabout at Jordan Road. It was first reported by the Washington State Patrol at 1:30 p.m.
Details are limited, but authorities said one person was pronounced deceased at the scene. As of this writing, the WSP has not confirmed whether the motorcyclist or the truck driver was killed.
The accident left the road completely blocked, and the closure was expected to stay in place until about 3:00 or 4:00 p.m.
It was unclear whether any charges are expected to be filed. No additional information has been made available at this time.
