SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle collision Monday afternoon blocked a left lane on State Route 520 in Seattle’s Montlake neighborhood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on the eastbound lanes just east of Montlake Boulevard and before the bridge heading toward Foster Island. It was first reported by WSDOT at 3:15 p.m.
On SR 520 eastbound just east of Montlake Blvd there is a collision blocking the left lane.

It was not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but by 3:21 p.m., Washington State Patrol and WSDOT’s Incident Response Team (IRT) had responded to the scene.
A photo taken at the site suggests at least two vehicles were involved.

By 3:27 p.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway.
