SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle collision late Tuesday afternoon blocked an HOV lane on Interstate 5 Express near Green Lake in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on the northbound lanes at Lake City Way. It was first reported by WSDOT at 3:35 p.m.
On the I-5 northbound express lanes at Lake City Way there is a collision blocking the HOV lane.
