KING COUNTY, WA — A rollover collision Friday morning closed two right lanes on State Route 18 near southeast Federal Way, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The accident occurred on the westbound lanes approaching Weyerhaeuser Way South. It was first reported by WSDOT at 7:40 a.m.

Footage captured at the scene shows at least one police responding to a passenger vehicle overturned on its side, blocking a center lane. Three other passenger vehicles can also be seen at rest on the right shoulder, but it was unclear whether or not they were involved.

By 9:33 a.m., nearly two hours later, WSDOT’s IRT (Incident Response Team) had been able to clear the scene and all lanes were reopened to traffic.

Authorities have not released any details regarding any serious injuries at this time.
