SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident Monday night blocked an HOV lane on Interstate 5 near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened on the southbound lanes near James Street and was first reported by WSDOT at 7:35 p.m.
On I-5 southbound at James St there is a collision blocking the HOV lane.
