SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle collision early Tuesday afternoon blocked an Interstate 90 entrance ramp near Seattle’s Atlantic area, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred on the onramp connecting I-5 southbound to I-90 eastbound. It was first reported by WSDOT at 12:30 p.m.
On the I-5 southbound collector-distributor off-ramp to I-90 eastbound there is a collision blocking the left lane.

A left lane on the ramp was initially closed, but by 1:18 p.m., the entire ramp was shut down.
A photo taken at the scene shows a fire truck and an ambulance responding to what appears to be a multi-vehicle accident.

Motorists were encouraged to take alternate routes as tow crews arrived to clear the site.
