SEATTLE, WA — Property damage was reported early Thursday after a driver crashed a semi-truck into a building in downtown Seattle, according to KOMO News.
Seattle Fire Department said the collision occurred off the corner of 5th Avenue and Marion Street, just a block away from the Seattle Central Public Library.
It was unclear what led up to the incident, but authorities said the semi struck the scaffolding of a building under construction.
Responding fire crews conducted a primary search of the structure and reported no injuries.
