PIERCE COUNTY, WA — A vehicle collision Friday morning partially blocked an Interstate 5 exit ramp near Tacoma Mall in Tacoma’s Lincoln International District, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The crash happened at milepost 131.83, impacting the I-5 southbound offramp to South 38th Street. It was first reported by WSDOT shortly after 6:00 a.m.
