TACOMA, WA – Drivers on I-5 were faced with major delays after a jackknifed semi-truck blocked a busy off ramp on Thursday morning.
According to a report by WSP, the incident took place at about 11 a.m. along the I-5 northbound ramp to I-705.

It is unclear what caused the truck to jackknife or any injuries were sustained as a result. However, drivers were advised to seek an alternate route as delays persisted into the early afternoon.
