SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle collision late Monday night closed the left general purpose lane and the HOV lane on Interstate 5 in south Seattle, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident occurred on the northbound lanes approaching the exit to Spokane Street, near Jefferson Park. It was first reported by WSDOT at 10:15 p.m.
On I-5 northbound at Spokane St there is a collision blocking the left general purpose lane and the HOV lane.

Authorities have not released further information on the parties involved or any significant injuries.
