PIERCE COUNTY, WA — A single-vehicle accident was reported late Friday morning on Interstate 5 near central Tacoma, according to Trooper Robert Reyer with Washington State Patrol.

The collision occurred on the ramp connecting I-5 northbound to I-705 and East 26th Street. It was first reported by WSP at 11:37 p.m.
