KING COUNTY, WA — Two workers were injured Tuesday afternoon after a tree removal crane fell into an Issaquah residence, according to The Olympian.

Eastside Fire and Rescue said the home was vacant when the incident occurred shortly before 2:05 p.m.

The extent of injuries to the workers have not been disclosed.

An investigation found that the tree being removed was waterlogged and heavy, forcing the crane to collapse and partially crush the nearby house.

No further information has been shared at this time.
