SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — Police were on the lookout for a stolen vehicle Friday afternoon after its male driver struck a patrol car in Mill Creek, according to KIRO 7 News.
Officers arrived at an apartment complex near Bothell Everett Highway and 164th Street Southeast, where a witness last saw the suspect driving erratically.
The driver ignored officers as they attempted to make contact. He then drove toward the officers in the stolen silver Hyundai Sonata, nearly hitting them, before striking the rear passenger side of a vacant police cruiser.
No injuries were reported after the crash.
Officers were unable to locate the missing vehicle after the man fled the scene, but the incident was under investigation as of Saturday.
