News: One killed, six injured after T-bone crash near Lynnwood

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A 58-year-old Everett man died Tuesday night after a two-vehicle collision that injured six others near the Alderwood area in east Lynnwood, according to Everett Post.

The crash happened at the intersection of 204th Street Southwest and 28th Avenue West at approximately 10:00 p.m.

The Everett man was behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Camaro speeding eastbound on 204th Street SW when he failed to stop at the 28th Avenue W intersection and slammed into a Mercedes Benz GT.

The driver of the Camaro died at the scene, confirmed authorities.

Two other adult passengers in the Camaro were transported to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.

Two adults and two children who were passengers in the Mercedes were transported by airlift to Providence Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

The accident left the road closed for most of the night as an investigation was conducted.
