ZILLAH, WA — Two young children and two adults suffered injuries Sunday morning after a single-vehicle rollover collision on Interstate 82 near the city of Zillah in Yakima County, according to YakTriNews.

Washington State Patrol reported the accident on I-82 west of Zillah, on a stretch of the interstate approaching state Route 22 at around 6:42 a.m.

A 2005 Dodge Caravan was heading eastbound on I-82 when the vehicle ran off the roadway, at which point the driver overcorrected the vehicle, causing it to roll over.

The driver, a 43-year-old man, along with three passengers, a 38-year-old woman and two young girls 8 and 11 years of age, were taken to Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. No other information on their conditions has been released.

Negligent driving to the second degree was cited as the cause of the accident. Impairment was not suspected.

WSP troopers said the Dodge Caravan sustained total damages.
