News: Pedestrian fatally hit by vehicle near Seattle’s Boeing Field

SEATTLE, WA — A pedestrian was fatally hit by a vehicle Thursday morning just south of Boeing Field in Seattle, according to King 5.

The incident was reported by the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) to have occurred 3:00 a.m. near Airport Way South and South Norfolk Street.

The road was closed for several hours as the Seattle police responded and investigated.

SDOT later announced the re-opening of all southbound lanes and one northbound lane a little after 6:15 a.m.

No other information has been made available so far.
